Information on the processing of personal data for clients

In connection with the European Parliament and Council’s Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals the Directive 95/46/EC and Act No.18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the changes and amendments to certain laws as amended, we would like to provide you information on the conditions for processing your personal data.

Your personal data will be processed by the company RENOMIA, s.r.o., with registered office at Panenská 7, 811 03 Bratislava, IČO 35 815 566, registered in the Companies Register of the District Court Bratislava I., 24457/B (hereinafter referred to as "RENOMIA").

Your personal data is processed based on your consent.

The purpose of processing your personal data

The purpose of personal data processing is: contacting a potential client based on expressed interest.

The scope of processing your personal data

The scope of personal data is: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, company name, job position.

Categories of personal data

RENOMIA s.r.o. processes only common categories of personal data (i.e., not a special category, such as health data, data on religious belief, etc.).

The source from which the personal data originates

Your personal data were provided either by you or by a person who filled out and submitted the registration for the marketing webinar.

Persons with the access to your personal data

For the purpose of providing you comprehensive and quality services by the company RENOMIA s.r.o., it is necessary that your personal data were provided to selected persons. These are service companies in the RENOMIA group, law offices, a person in charge, financial institutions which it cooperates with, and other persons needed for a proper activity of above-mentioned companies (accounting, tax, IT companies, etc.).

When choosing contracting partners, RENOMIA pays attention to their reliability, and the rules for the personal data protection are always specified in contracts with the contracting partners.

Storage period of your personal data

RENOMIA stores your personal data only for the absolutely necessary time, after which they are disposed of under supervision. Your personal data are processed for 6 months.

Your rights in relation to the personal data provided

The legal regulation allows you to exercise the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

• you have the right to contact RENOMIA and the person in charge and request access to your personal data (confirmation of whether your personal data are being processed),
• you have the right to information about the source of your personal data (if you did not provide them),
• you have the right to information about how your personal data are being processed,
• you have the right to deletion, correction and the right to object to the processing of your personal data,
• you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data,
• you have the right to transfer your personal data to another person, if you decide to do so.

You can revoke the sending of marketing materials and/or the satisfaction questionnaire at RENOMIA at any time, individually or together, by sending an electronic revocation to the address gdpr@renomia.sk, or a written revocation to the address of the registered office of RENOMIA, s.r.o.

If you believe that your rights established by the GDPR Regulation or other relevant legal regulations on the protection of personal data have been affected, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic.

The possibility of contacting the company
